PRODUCT BUSINESS ANALYST

As a Product Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our products and solutions. You will gather and validate information, analyze requirements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Have a detailed overview of the company’s products and solutions from technical and commercial point of view and keep track of any changes and upgrades.
• Gather and validate information from stakeholders, perform requirements analysis and create functional specifications for solutions.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documents.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for the development team and work with development leads so that requirements are understood.
• Prioritize initiatives, allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency based on business needs and requirements.
• Manage projects, develop precise project plans and monitor performance.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure that delivered projects meet business needs and requirements.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and study competitors’ services and products and define product objectives.
• Manage the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch.
• Provide product training and technical expertise and answer to all product related inquiries.
• Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales and development teams.

Your profile:

• Minimum experience in a similar position – 3 years.
• University degree in business, economics, IT or similar domains.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data analytics and data patterns to provide insights and help in decision making.
• Practical experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Strong team player with attention to details.
