QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standard of quality for our applications and products. Your expertise in testing and adherence to QA standards will contribute to maintaining our cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product life cycles.
• Assist in the development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies.
• Perform analysis of the product from different perspectives, spot repeating issues and propose actions to mitigate them.
• Responsible for testing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to established QA standards for software development, application integration, information system performance, and corresponding documentation.
• Collaborate with software developers in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
• Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications and analyze formal test results to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
• Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues, in addition to analyzing the documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
• Make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers, and finally verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
• Provide realistic estimates for deliverables while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with product owners and development teams to ensure the qualitative delivery of the systems to be developed and according to the specified requirements.
• Benchmark best practices as part of quality process management and improvements.
• Create training materials and operating manuals
