This week, our Bucharest team gathered for a special Wine Talks session: “Ego & Teamwork”, led by Dr. Michael Schroeder, founder of Linarson and author of Personal Mastery for Managers – an event designed to bring the team together for an inspiring and engaging afternoon.

Over good wine and meaningful conversation, we explored how ego shapes collaboration and how self-awareness can turn potential friction into powerful connection.
