Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Commercial Negotiator to join our Deal Desk team. This role leads commercial negotiations and owns deal structuring with mobile operators. It requires a unique mix of financial modeling, negotiation leadership, and fallback offer creation. You will act as the primary internal and external face of deal execution, ensuring our monetization models remain profitable, competitive, and aligned to market dynamics.
This position is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in management consulting, per sales, strategic partnerships, M&A, or finance, especially those who have experience in complex B2B negotiations, pricing defense, or deal desk work.

Candidate Profile
Background & Experience – 5+ years in strategic commercial roles such as consulting, per sales, pricing, M&A, or venture – Proven success in structuring or negotiating large-scale or complex B2B deals – Telecom or messaging knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
Skills & Strengths – Strong in Excel and financial modeling (Power BI or SQL is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills under pressure – Able to defend commercial logic and pricing models with executive stakeholders – Comfortable asserting structure and fallback options to protect margin
Mindset & Traits – Business-owner mentality — not afraid to say “no” if deal logic breaks Structured, assertive, and able to simplify complexity – Equally comfortable in analysis, modeling, and external negotiation
