VOX Carrier has set the course for the future by successfully renewing its Quality Management and Information Security Management systems certifications according to the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO/IEC 27001:2017 (Information Security).

With these certifications, Vox Carrier has reiterated its commitment to quality and information security, certifying that the company’s processes and services are compliant to these standards. We are dedicated to improving and develop according to the principles of customer focus, constant improvement, confidentiality of information, continuous security assessment and evidence-based decision making.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a non-governmental organization whose role is to facilitate international coordination and the standardization of industrial standards. These standards contribute to the development, manufacturing and delivery of products and services that are more effective, safer, and clearer. ISO performs systematic reviews every 3-5 years to keep these standards up to date.

The ISO 9001:2015, which is an upgraded version of the ISO 9001:2008, includes the adoption of risk-based thinking in management and business processes, involvement of top management, assessment and measurement of inputs and outputs of a business process. ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system used to manage quality. The certification of the quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 forms the basis for continuously improving the efficiency and quality of work within the Vox Carrier using a process-oriented approach. International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is an international organization that prepares standards for electrical, electronic, and related technologies. ISO/IEC 27001:2017 is a set of standards for determining whether an organization has built an infrastructure capable of protecting sensitive data. After an independent audit, the designation validates the security of the company’s data protection platform and reaffirms its compliance with policies and procedures beyond security industry and international data protection standards. To achieve certification to this standard, an organization must show a continuous structured commitment towards assessing security risks, managing sensitive information, and ensuring a holistic plan is in place to respond to any potential disruptions.
